Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use Namely across the company as a whole, from onboarding to benefit enrollment to employee engagement. It is our one source of truth--we use it to make announcements, post appreciations and reviews. It also houses all our employee information for HR. It has helped us reduce our use of paper documents so that our onboarding is smooth. It also is a one stop for our benefit enrollment, which is simpler when we don't have to use paper forms.

The HRIS implementation was easy. We had some changes in our implementation team on Namely's side. We lost our benefit consultant, and their replacement slowed us down. We also had a few hiccups with payroll implementation and the timeline we wanted compared to the timeline we received.

Namely is a very well-rounded system. It helps with the day-to-day task that can bog HR down. The ThinkHR package is also great because of the living handbook, which makes it super easy to update. When you have an issue, you usually hear back from Namely in less than 24 hours.
