Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We use Namely for our HR, payroll and benefits applications. Namely security set up allowed us to document our SOX controls smoothly this past year when we went public. Security setting for our preparer and reviewing on the HR and payroll user functionally worked well when building out our SOX controls.

  • Simplified easy payroll processing only needed one payroll person.
Namely functionally worked better for our company size and industry. Namely also provides a higher level of customer service and resolves problems timely. Their tax team takes care of all our questions or concerns. Namely provided a higher quality of service and HR workflows update payroll automatically which makes it easy to document our SOX controls.
I wasn't here during the implementation however from what I understand from my team is that the implementation went smoothly and quickly. Their implementation team guided us through step by step through testing and validating data through scheduled meeting and a well put together project time line. We appreciated Namely's organized and professional implementation team.
Overall Namely meets the needs of all industries and company size with all the bells and whistles of custom workflows or third party integrations. Namely has a higher quality of customer service and a very knowledgeable team of experts available in all areas from banking to taxes to provide the best support to your team.
Namely is perfect for our small size company. It provided us a simplified way to manage our benefits, payroll and HR through custom workflows. These workflows flow through to payroll and auto adjust salary for our payroll team which simplifies our SOX controls. Namely support team also processes our RSU payments for our payroll team.
