Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite as our General Ledger, close our books on a monthly basis, run internal and external reporting, recognize and invoice revenue, run data queries (Saved Searches)
NetSuite is integrated with Bill.com for Accounts Payable and Expensify for T&E
We use it for multiple currencies, subsidiaries and consolidation

I have used NetSuite, Intacct and QuickBooks. If I were building an accounting function (budget aside), I would always pick NetSuite as my ledger. I think it is far superior to other general ledger softwares on the market. NetSuite also has so mean features, modules and there is a lot it can provide to a business depending on your industry and business model.

I think the overall user interface of NetSuite is really great. The search functionality makes finding what you are looking for very easy as well. The tool can be complex at times, but I think for general use purposes such as closing the books, reporting and integrating with other tools, it is easy to learn and get going.
I only contacted support once, and the process to resolve my issue was very smooth.
NetSuite overall has a very good user interface. It also has a good search functionality where you can type a word and / or number and you can easily find what you are searching for. We currently have NetSuite integrated with Bill.com and Expensify and the integrations were pretty seamless.

Creating standard reports and saved searches is pretty simple and intuitive; however, when trying to create more complex reporting or searches, it can be difficult.
