GL, Inventory, Procurement, Intercompany, Payables, Payments.
  • Adaptable to business requirements.
  • Report/search creation.
  • Audit trail.
  • Role permissions (too broad).
  • Understanding workflow configuration.
  • Procurement
  • Bill payments.
  • Scalability - rapid growth from 1 subsidiary to 10 in 2 years.
NetSuite is a smaller market; it is a bit more flexible in how to configure but challenging for users who have only used 'big ERPs.

NetSuite is highly configurable; we need to evaluate our implementation - implemented for a much smaller footprint but overall I like the flexibility that NetSuite offers.
I have never contacted support - and have gone through MSP. I Was impacted by the Boston Data Center outage, and NetSuite Communication to affected users was very poor.
Easily configurable; if business requirements are well understood, able to meet requirements; flexible.
