Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We are using NetSuite for financials right now with the plan to expand to more modules. We are implementing req/po process, NSPB, WMS, and more in the near future. We have Boomi as an iPad solution and will be implementing edi soon as well. We use Tipalti for ap automation and it is integrated as well.

Happy with the switch from QB to NetSuite, way better experience, NetSuite was selected by our compAny prior to starting so I didn't have a say in that. NetSuite is a much better solution than fish bowl which we have had a bad experience with. Zoho CRM hasn't been replaced yet but future planned

I love NetSuite personally and find it super easy to use
It's okay, we don't have the support package so only serious issue support
Well suited for small business, mid market, manufacturing, inventory management, all of these things are great in NetSuite in my opinion. Definitely a great ERP solution in general and exited for the future additions coming.

Room to grow, e-commerce suite commerce when I used it was eh, large sku management
