Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
As a multi-channel e-commerce seller and manufacturer overseeing our supply chain, we leverage NetSuite's SuiteSuccess Apparel, Footwear, Accessories edition with OneWorld capabilities for effective subsidiary management. Within NetSuite ERP, our operations are supported by several key modules, including CRM Sales Force Automation, Grid Order Management, Inventory Management, Financial Management, Demand Planning, Work Orders and Assemblies, and Advanced Electronic Bank Payments.
- Reporting - NetSuite ERP gives a variety of reports and allows customization to the reports for users with more advance knowledge.
- SuiteAnswers - Forums where you can look up problems you are experiencing to see if others have similiar situations and solutions.
- SuiteApps - Add ons that can help tailor the experience you need.
- User roles - Limiting and defining what access users can, and cannot, have access to.
- Bank Feeds - the ability to link your bank accounts so you have up to date balance information, as well as the capabilities to cut ACH from NetSuite ERP if enabled.
- Direct integrations instead of using third party iPaaS or EDIs.
- Make report customization easier.
- Provide premade CSV import templates so you know what fields are required when bringing in data.
- Streamline various processes such as our inventory management, order processing, and financial reporting.
- Allows us to make data-driven decisions promptly, leading to better strategic planning and resource allocation.
- To accommodate our specific business needs, we've had to integrate third-party systems into the workflow. This customization adds additional outside licenses, leading to higher expenses in addition to the NetSuite ERP fee.
While I wasn't directly involved in decision-making when our company selected NetSuite ERP (I was not yet with the company), I can provide insight into why it was chosen over other options. NetSuite ERP stood out from others at the time due to its comprehensive nature and extensive range of modules and processes.
NetSuite ERP offers a more complex and feature-rich solution than other alternatives due to its expansive suite of modules and functionalities, including but not limited to CRM, order management, inventory management, financial management, demand planning, work orders, and electronic bank payments.
The decision to opt for NetSuite ERP stemmed from its ability to address multiple facets of our business operations within a single integrated platform.
