Overall Satisfaction with New Relic

New Relic is our main monitoring and APM tool, which allows devs and support to monitor the reliability of our systems. Without New Relic, we'd have to resort to setting up the monitoring and alerting ourselves, and I believe New Relic has been a critical piece of infrastructure that allows us to react quickly when an incident is detected.

New Relic provided agents that allow us to setup monitoring quickly, and it allows integration for both in premise and cloud solutions
New Relic definitely have reduced migration risks to the cloud, as it has agents that can work effectively in either in premise/cloud
Previously DevOps team had to set up a monitoring stack (Prometheus + Grafana + FluxDB), and various distributed tracing stacks. With New Relic, we were able to deprecate most of this stack and reduce the support work
The differentiating feature, in my opinion, is the support given by New Relic, in our org, there is a slack channel dedicated for New Relic which allows us to have a quicker response and more convenience.

New Relic is particularly useful since it has templated charts, which allows engineers to quickly onboard
