Doesn't apply having not had this scenario. We monitor infra agents in onprem and cloud locations. The tool is effective in all scenarios
Yes when changes are released the team uses New Relic deployment markers to correlate if issues occur and roll back if needed

Similar features, the New Relic data ingestion costs are better and UI better as well
