Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva Business Phone Service daily for calls coming in and going out from both client companies and applicants and future applicants. Got us off the analog phone system, and was the solution for us rather than trying to implement our own VoIP servers. Nextiva Business Phone Service is amazing, but their Customer Service is even more than that. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I would recommend them all the and every time!

Well we went off ratings and reviews and price when were would evaluating VoIP/ PBX and hosted vs in house solutions. Ultimately went with Nextiva Business Phone Service as they have had the best rating. We started if off with one office and everything seemed to work just fine so we slowly rolled it out to all our offices.

I think there service is great and works amazing. Unless the internet goes out at a location. but even then they have it were you can forward to an cell phone or another location if internet goes down. So even then they have backups in place if you configure them correctly or have them set it.
