Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an ISP servicing clients all over the globe. Our work is Mainly remote, as such we rely on Nextiva Business Phone Service for all of our phones. Nextiva Business Phone Service works well for us because, as a VOIP system, we can bring our phones anywhere with an internet connection and have a working desk phone. We also use the phone app when possible. There can be issues with the app, but it is getting better with every update. Nextiva's customer service is also very helpful. They are always willing to stay on the phone until an issue is resolved. Over all great service, when we run into issues it is easy to get support.

Alternatives Considered

RingCentral MVP

As far as customer service, Ring Central is not even close. Their call attendant is made to get people off the phone. Whereas with Nextiva Business Phone Service, they get you on the line with a real person who is committed to resolving your issues and doesn't just read from the manual. That said, I do like Ring Central's web portal al little more. Because it allows you to see if the phones are online or offline.

Nextiva Business Phone Service service is good for small and large businesses. It is easily scalable. It can be convenient for small businesses with the low cost and the ability to change things like your recording on your own. But the portal also excels for large businesses with their call flows and user management. The only time I would not recommend would be in a place of low internet speeds.
