Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used as a document generation software (as an App Exchange package) in our Salesforce CRM to generate quotes and contracts.

Pros and Cons

Automatically generates contracts.
Seamlessly integrates with DocuSign capabilities.
Supports multiple document formats.

If I run the same package as a single user for more than 1 contract record, I face latency issues when generating documents.
SOQL Relationships should take input via a drag and drop capability rather than a text field.
Increase Nintex support during India timezone.

Return on Investment

We have had great cost savings as our Contract Management team does not have to manually generate contracts anymore. It all happens with a click of a button.
Similarly, our sales reps can generate quotes on the go with live data and no dependency on Sales operations team.
We are also evaluating utilizing Nintex in other modules apart from Quotes and Contracts.

Alternatives Considered

No experience with other products, we love Nintex so no need to evaluate other tools.

Salesforce Community Cloud, DocuSign, Jitterbit, Microsoft Visual Studio Code

This is really well suited because of the following advantages:
1) It instantly transforms data stored in Salesforce CRM into mission-critical documents - like Quotes, Contracts, etc.
2) Very smoothly integrates with a Salesforce CRM org via App Exchange managed package.
3) Support is really good, you get a response within a few hours of raising the case.
