Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We are leveraging ON24 for demand generation webinars, account based targeted webinars and internal training. We are starting to use it for quick video files as well since it's easy to quickly create content on there and push the file onto a landing page. Right now it is just being used by marketing but I plan to roll it out to other departments this year.

- Ease of use: Easy to train speakers on using the platform.
- Allows speakers to be more independent in recording their slides on pre-recorded webinars. Makes scheduling easier and doesn't waste my time sitting on the other end listening.
- Pre-recording to live Q&A feature. Scheduling is much easier this way and quality of content is as well.
- The autoresponder emails with registration details are pretty stale and don't have a brand feel. Make it easier to insert your branding into this as templates.
- The HubSpot integration isn't as easy to leverage as the Marketo integration. Could be improved upon.
- The support for the platform is through messaging only and there's no call in option. Can be frustrating and very time consuming to troubleshoot as a result.
ON24 is integrated into our HubSpot instance. I find that it's not as useful as the Marketo integration. The additional insights gained from having the integration is limited as well.

- Made webinars a lighter ask internally of all parties involved from myself to the speaker
There were more appealing features using ON24. Specifically the polling option and the pre-recording feature.
