ON24 is being used by your organization at the global level to portray our brand in the market. It helps in brand awareness and assist in marketing our brand and it helps in lead generation. It also helps in conducting internal as well as external webinars at the global level.

Before the pandemic, we used to have in-person meetings, but after this lockdown happened and we were doing work from home, this software really helped us generate tons of leads that have also grown our business to a large level. It helps in conducting in-house meetings virtually and also for clients. In the pandemic, it helped a lot to our company to show a global presence in th emarket.
I gave this rating because we really love this product. It is used across various departments like Marketing, HR, Technical team for various purposes like townhalls, client meetings, virtual sessions, and many more. Due to its large audience capacity, we can conduct webinars at global level and across the departments.
The ON24 webinars is simple to use and is constantly updated to keep up with new technologies. Their assistance is typically valuable. I really like the webinars they provide. It always tells us what technology we might be employing or adding to our day-to-day operations, and we can pass along some of those recommendations to our customers in order to better their webinars and overall experience. I also get feedback on a regular basis.

ON24 is one of the best platforms available to conduct webinars and other interactive shows within and outside the organization. It has some cool features like webinar reports, Q&A feature, live polls, and many more make the product the best in the market. It has good customer support. But sometimes their customer support is unable to help for the designated problem.

The setting up and logistics is quite difficult for beginners as compared to the other platforms. Also, presenting on the platform is not so easy as we have to provide training for each and every session to all the presenters before their main session so as to be assured from their end.
