Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
The main reason for our decision to use the OneCause product was to expand our capabilities at our fundraising gala, especially for our silent auction.
- Manage donations
- Operate a silent auction
- Manage donors
- Startup is difficult when you are a new user who doesn't have a lot of time to spend watching videos of how to do simple tasks.
- This is not as convenient as it could be for fiscally sponsored programs. Fiscally sponsored programs can not easily print report to send to donors & sponsors since they operate under one name and function under another organizations 501(c)(3).
- The inability to edit events without having to contact customer service is not convenient.
- Startup is difficult when you are a new user who doesn't have a lot of time to spend watching videos of how to do simple tasks.
- Although it is a great way to manage your event, the amount of time that is necessary to learn everything at startup is a downside.
- This did streamline the process of ticket purchases and event management saving time in the long-run
- If this were to start charging a ticketing fee, this would quickly remove the appeal of the program, overall
- The option for the donors to cover the costs of the credit card processing, overall, saved us money.
