Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
My team uses Outreach for automated emails, mainly sales emails for follow ups and to peak interest from our prospects. I like many of the features as it allows our recipients to get emails from us and it looks like it is a natural email rather than a sequence or planned email.
Pros
- Helps with sales automation
- Sequences allow my team to send emails at scale with minimal work.
- Allows us to follow up within specific time frames.
- Allows us to see insight into whether the user has opened the email.
Cons
- the UI is a bit clunky and not easy to get to the reporting tab
- has issues with syncing mail boxes
- cumbersome with it comes to uploading prospect lists.
- allowed us to reach many prospects with minimal work
- allowed us to get in touch and set up calls with many prospects
- Gets a bit expensive if you have many users.
Overall Outreach is an excellent platform, I highly suggest it and it has allowed my team to scale its outbound and sales outreach as well as follows ups. It is an easy to use platform and I will continue to use it and implement with new members of my team. highly recommend
I generate reports to pull lists of who has opened emails and their engagment. Additionally I pull reports to see best response rates to know which sequences are performing better than others. Lists also help with who has replied so I can continue to follow up and keep those threads active and warm.
