Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Usability is great. When I first started using Outreach, I watched the Outreach University mini clips, which really helped me get up to speed. I mainly adopted my workflows through using it and discovering which methods work best for my sales process. Each person on my team uses Outreach a little differently, but I think at the end of the day, we do see value in the way it has affected our efficiency.
Outreach is used by our SDRs and AEs on the corporate and mid-market side. We use Outreach to automate our sales process and improve the efficiency of our prospect engagement. It helps us see what messaging is resonating the most, which is helpful for our start-up. Outreach reminds us to touch the prospects we've sequenced resulting in better, smarter activity.
  • Outreach does a good job of allowing users to use pre-written emails, snippets or templates for better time management
  • Outreach is great at organizing with the Smart Views and Sort and Filter options
  • 360 view gives users a great picture of the day/week they have ahead of them, so they're able to properly prepare
  • My emails were delayed in sending, a technical problem on Outreach's end
  • Reports are difficult to read/interpret
  • Outreach is having trouble syncing calls to Salesforce
  • I've used Outreach from the beginning of my time at SparkPost, so I'm unable to say.
  • I think the SDR team likes the tool. Our marketing team does not, the personalization is not there and they think we're sending unsolicited, spammy emails
I cannot answer this question as it was not my decision to add Outreach to our tool-stack. I can say, however, that I like using the tool and would advise against eliminating it from our workflow.
Outreach is great for following up with warm leads after a conference, or other MQLs. However, when further personalization is required, the tool is less appropriate.
