Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

This would probably be closer to a 9 or 10, but internally we never received formal training in Outreach. It was a more learn by doing process.
Outreach is being used throughout our whole sales organization. Personally I use Outreach to send out customized emails at scale for the territory I cover. Outreach is useful to help gauge interest levels, analyze trends with A/B splits, and work efficiently.
  • Analytics. Being able to test with A/B splits.
  • Generate quality emails while hitting large quantities.
  • User friendly. Simple to use.
  • Maybe a more simple overview slide.
  • An easier user interface for analytics. More on how to access them versus using them.
  • I have only used Outreach in my career of business development/sales, so it's hard to compare whether I saw an increase in appointments or not.
I am not a decision maker so I am not too helpful here.
It is great for business development roles specifically. Outreach is sometimes abused to automate a sales role, but with that being said, that is subjective to my opinion.
