Yes. Agree. Most of the alerts have been configured to PaperDuty.
Integrated with several systems EG: Microsoft Teams, Other internal Applications.
PaperDuty has been configured on most of the Engineer's Mobile devices and it's handy when we run on-call rosters.
This can be used as proactive monitoring for organizations' endpoints.
PagerDuty is one of the key monitoring systems and always a major competitor for the above mentioned systems.
