The tools that sales staff really like to use are the templates, the ease and adding products, and the ability to change the descriptions as needed to fit the case of each sale. We also like how it is easy to add clients but just use their name and their email address instead of having to add all the information as a relates to the account including address and phone number.
Our organization has been on the upswing in the sales department because of the ability to have the clients electronically sign our quotes and proposals. For the sales staff, it is very important to know when the client views the document and from a management perspective, it’s very important for us to know when the client signs the documents so we can begin our sales closure and production process.
For me as an executive, what frustrates me with regards to the documents is how the page sections lineup as you keep adding more items. Some of our proposals have multiple pages to them and the page-to-page look just isn’t very professional. So we have to take time in order to resize columns and make them look better before we send them to the client. It’s handy to know where the page section cut off but it would be nice to have a header that would go from page to page.

It is very well suited for sales professionals and were complex or longer applications need to be used. I do not feel that this is suited for companies that have few products or one-off type products. I also don’t feel that this would be used well for professionals that need access to it in the field.
