  • Proposals would take weeks to come back complete. Now, with document analytics, we've cut that time in half.
Having master templates with variables as space holders has reduced human error. Leveraging the content library items helps with repeatable interchangeable content such as use cases and terms and conditions. There's also smart content where you can use a block to save space for different content library items. This reduced the need to have multiple templates. Integrating it with Salesforce allowed for a seamless process for the sales team and saved so much time. When the document was complete, it would save a pdf into the opportunity. Then through automations, it can be saved to an external folder for other teams to view and prepare for deliverables.
I've leveraged the commenting quite a bit to ask if the recipient has questions or to remind them that there are pending actionables to move the process along to completed status. Others have used the suggested edits and relining for negotiations.
It has an editor where I can create the document directly from the application. It has options for designs and integrates with Canva. In 3 years of using PandaDoc, it's constantly improved the UI.

PandaDoc stacks up above and beyond. It's replaced having to create a document in Word, save it to PDF, and then upload it for signature in an e-sign tool. I can create my documents in the editor. Present proposals in presentation mode instead of powerpoint and send directly from one application.

If you run a business, then you must use PandaDoc. You can use it for HR, IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, etc. Excellent for complex proposals with a beautiful design. Document analytics helped me track the status (sent, viewed, and completed). If a document wasn't viewed, I'd follow up to help close the deal quicker. The integrations allowed for a seamless experience. I can create and send a document from the CRM and when it's signed, it saves the opportunity. There are triggers to change the status to complete and automation to save the document to a folder for accounting to process and operations to proceed with deliverables. It helped with cross-departmental communication and allowed for more team productivity.
