Sharing Virtual Desktops and applications to consultants to be accessed anytime from everywhere. We have configured different authentication mechanisms and created a series of tools to show the API integration. Also have different use cases to show RDS and VDI. The reporting capabilities are also deployed for monitoring and KPI analysis.

Now, the consultant or end user does not worry to know where an application is installed or asking to have installed locally. They just access the resource needed through a single tool, the Parallels client, and use the applications as usual.

The user can work with any application using his/her preferred device where they are more productive. In this way, they do not need to learn new operating systems features or stuff beyond the application of their interest.

Up to now we have been using Microsoft Hyper-V only and looking to deploy Azure Virtual Desktop, but some customers have migrated their services from tools like VMWare.

Security is a big concern and we can rely on Parallels RAS due to the complete set of tools it provides to have a safe environment. That peace of mind is of great value to us.
