Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We primarily use Paychex Flex for payroll processing & reporting. I use it for 4 companies, have a dedicated client service person and process payrolls via e-mail. Paychex does all of our tax reporting, we have employees across 6 states. I can use their on-line platform to get statistical data, or just look up past payrolls, run needed reports. It saves time and space having it readily available.

  • Human resources help especially during COVID.
  • Handbooks.
  • Reports.
  • Free services such as Finfit and Wellness Programs
  • Employees have easy access to their information and can make changes
  • Cobra processing.
  • 401K answers.
  • Handbooks made easy and contain all states information.
  • Time saver.
  • Ease of changing payroll enter dates if needed.
  • Quick turnaround.
I have not used the reporting
Using Paychex eases up any payroll problems that might arise, they address each state's tax changes or issues and the dedicated personnel really take care of me.
ADP - and again, I had SO many problems with them, that I switched back to Paychex, moved to Paychex Flex, incorporated 401K with Paychex, use the HR solutions and Flexible Spending. All in one webpage, and easy to access.

I don't use all the amenities of Paychex Flex. We are a small company, but going forward, I should explore what else they can do for our business.
I have been using Paychex for many years. It is easy, the people I deal with have answers and get back to me quickly. It is one area I don't worry about. I switched to ADP once many years back, and they made so many errors, I lost a lot of sleep during that time.

We have been with you a long time, so this is way in the past
