Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Paychex Flex for payroll, gather reports on 401K and FSA, and Human Resource help and advice. I am the sale user and administrator.

Knowledgeable Employees. Have an answer for just about every question.
Personable. I have a strong connection with the people I deal with everyday at Paychex.
Everything is in one place. I can add an employee, look at a FSA report, and update our handbook all from Paychex Flex.

All my employees have no problems using Paychex.

Everyone is very knowledgeable in their area of expertise.
I wasn't sure where to send my 401K ADP/ACP paperwork with what to do to bring us compliant. Marjanna helped me immediately.
I had a problem with an employee who wanted to go to Concentra but it was not a work related injury and Marjanna helped me through that situation. She also called to follow up and make sure everything went okay.
