Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I use Paychex Flex to report and produce the biweekly payroll for the company.
  • produces the biweekly payroll
  • allows for some flexibility in recording and reporting employee hours and salary
  • easily understood processing
  • Layout of the recording data pages could be better
  • I find Paychex Flex easy to use, and effective use of my time.
  • The employee self service feature is good because the employee doesn't have to ask payroll for information relative to their information.
Positively - We download all the reports available with each payroll cycle and store them electronically. At some point thru the year i refer to each of them for some reason.
The phone support help from our rep Gregory Benson is excellent. He is personable and well informed. I have never not had a usefull answer from Greg.
We have only used Paychex Flex.
