Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company decided to use an outside payroll company for our HR Department in 2021. After doing months of research we selected Paychex Flex. Onboarding process was very easy and the communication was excellent, to get all employees processed. We did have issue with our 1st specialist once we transitioned over, but after requesting a new specialist they made the change immediately. What is nice is that if our specialist is out of office, other team mates step right up and get any questions resolved immediately. I appreicite not having to wait until our specialist gets back in the office.

Communication is very strong with Paychex. We did have one specialist that we were not satisfied with. Reached out to management to request a new specialist and was granted a new specialist. Specialist are friendly and patient to get us through our questions. Like to have web/zoom meetings to get training. Like follow up response to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Usability

Paychex has saved our company time and money with proper training and open communication with staff and employees. They are patient in onboarding and gave grace for delays on our part. Consistant with follow up to make sure everything and everyone is satisfied. Does not pressure to buy other products.

Time and attendence specialist was very gracious, when we had to delay onboarding and going live. Specialist agreed to several zoom trainings to accomodate other staff to be trained. Reports are confusing and have to search through them to find what I'm looking for. Have to have exact wording in order to find reports.
