Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I use Paychex Flex for payroll for our small business. It is easy to use and I can track Appraisals and commissions for my employees.
  • Track 1099's
  • W-2
  • Monthly totals
  • Year End Reports
  • I would like the memo Items I use for Vacation and Sick days to be defaulted
  • I would like Commissions and Appraisals defaulted
  • It free's my time to do things other than Payroll
  • Accuracy is important.
  • I can go back and reprint reports if necessary
Positively - The payroll journal is particularly useful for when I make entries in our accounting system.
It's easy to navigate, use and understand. I like that I can use it online and not be required to phone in my payroll information. In the past it was time consuming as well as reaching the proper person.
I have used Paychex Flex for seven years, the company has used it for over 40 years. I do not see us changing.

I feel it's user friendly and pretty straightforward. I have used other systems at other companies and I prefer Paychex Flex.
I like that I do not have to calculate and make payments for taxes. The W-2's and 1099's at the end of the year are also convenient. Paychex Flex suits my payroll needs.

Using Paychex Flex

2 - The owner will use it when he gives pay increases. I do all the regular entries.
I do not have in house support. If I have any questions, I call.
