Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paycom for a variety of services, from Payroll to PTO, etc. Their platform is implemented across the company. It is user friendly for those that are not "technologically advanced."

Pros and Cons

They provide quick responses to any questions or concerns. I believe this is specifically important because of the size of company. Some fear their problems may get "lost," when in fact Paycom does a great job not only replying, but also walking users through the issue together.

I have no criticism at this time.

Return on Investment

Paycom has positively affected the employees because they feel they have a better understanding of their pay, time-off hours, etc.

Support Rating

We have always had support when we needed it from Paycom. I have not heard of a negative instance from anyone.

Paycom is perfect for tracking time and attendance and also tracking my time-off hours. Also - the expense section is perfect for anyone who has lots of business expenses.

I have not found a scenario were Paycom has not been suitable for me.
