We use Paycom for employee documents, onboarding, employee checklists, talent acquisition & applicant tracking, benefit enrollment/administration, ACA reporting, EEO-1 reporting, OSHA reporting and FMLA tracking, ACA reporting, payroll, accruals, personnel action & discussion forms and learning, surveys, and more. We also run reports and review analytics.

- All modules are with Paycom and not between different companies/providers
- I can't think of anything negative and don't have any complaints
- Employees love the self-service in the palm of their hand which saves HR time and money by not having to change addresses, W-4, direct deposit information and more
- Benefit enrollment is much more streamlined in that the employee enrolls within the system and goes straight to payroll. No more spreadsheets, data entry and redundant steps.
- Applicant tracking easily flows into creating a new hire, onboarding and benefit enrollment. Managers can view and track job applicants easily within the system rather than on another platform.
