Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom for all aspects of our HR, Payroll and Fiscal operations. Paycom has continued to allow us to move to a paperless system. It is able to keep up with our growth and the different modules allow us to streamline processes and have everything housed in one location. We especially like the Paycom phone app which allows our remote workers and management to continue to use the system wherever they are at in the day.

- System data dumps could use work, not always accurate
- Eliminated tasks that we were doing separately in another system
- We have less payroll corrections due to the staff being able to review their pay days before pay day.
- Reporting system has eliminated our need to build reports outside of Paycom.
We selected Paycom due to their system being one totally organic system. We have worked with systems who purchase other modules and they do not communicate well with each other. When changes are made in Paycom they flow to all the different sections needed to ensure the employees information is accurate across the board. In the past we have had to make the changes to all the different sections.
