Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use the PAYCOM platform for HR, Payroll, Benefits, COBRA, Onboarding, Open Enrollment, Expenses and GL
  • Advanced Report Writer is an amazing tool
  • The work flow process of using PAF's is a seamless process
  • Client service is exceptional
  • In displaying the effective dates for pay rates, it would seem more beneficial to display on form 1 rather than selecting another area to review the effective date.
  • With the ESS portal we allow our employees the freedom to manage the majority of their information in PAYCOM.

My implementation process was definitely challenging as we had many modules to set up. However, my PAYCOM team was there every step of the way! Answered every question, provided training, and even came onsite to make some processes even easier.The system is user friendly and the work flow process was very well thought of in the creation of this platform.I'm excited to be a PAYCOM Client, and you will be as well!
