Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor across the whole organization. It helps keep us compliant & manages processes.

Pros

  • User Friendly
  • Easy to use
  • Mobile friendly

Cons

  • Reporting lacks customization
  • Unable to customize most fields
  • Would like to customize reminders & notifications
  • Being able to send documents electronically through Paycor freed up time.
  • Importing bulk changes has made our records more complete.
  • Letting employees update their own address, taxes, etc has freed up time.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Dozen of reminder emails no longer have to be sent out on a weekly basis.
Paycor has a lot of good features but needs to keep updating and enhancing the product to allow for more customization for customers.
Hands down Paycor is a solid choice for ADP because of the look & feel which helps our company stand out with our employees. Compared to UltiPro I think they need to copy a few features such as allowing for custom system alerts & allowing for system customization as a whole.
Good for companies under 500 employees that do not require much customization.
