- In my experience, can't get reports we need
- In my opinion, can't get employee trust if system after accruals
- In my experience, can't get other work done with so much time spent fixing errors
Our HR and/or payroll team is spending more time than we did previously due to Paycor. - In my experience, horrible and even escalated customer service doesn’t follow through.
Reporting and customer service are the biggest problem.
