Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use it for compensation management, Performance management, job costing, you name it. It is replacing many spreadsheets that took many hours to maintain. Spreadsheets replaced are the eval dates, PTO balances, attendance point balances, CompaRatios, etc.

  • Losing employee confidence
  • Hopefully freeing up time
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We are just now launching so I can't speak to this for my current employer. I do know for a prior employer, without Paycor or something similar, HR would not have been able to function. We were growing out of control with 50 terms and 100 new hires per week at times. At MOST times.
If you put some time and brain into it, you can configure it the way you want it. Over time it becomes intuitive. It's pleasant to look at. It's nice that it keeps the page you left, when you get back to it.
Paycor has more features than OnPay even tho OP worked well for a small company. Heartland was simplistic but wasn't scalable enough to offer all the other features that go with a Payroll or HR system.
Paycor is well suited for smaller companies with low turnover, as other companies will get mired in the recurring schedule templates. High turnover and high headcount requires a dedicated HR practitioner to do nothing but process hiring and terms - and a recruiting team.
