Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for HR and Payroll as well as Time and Labor. For the most part, I am very happy with Paylocity. The problem comes when you need help through customer support. If you call their helpline, they do well, but if you try to use the chat option, they do not always help. Also, if you try to add a module or new feature, the team that helps in this area is not very attentive. You would think they would be interested in more business. When I first signed up for Paylocity several years ago, they were much more attentive the first couple of years, but as time has gone on, they are losing good customer support.

I used to give Paylocity a 10, but would not give their chat a 10. There are a couple when their names pop up I just disconnect and will not try to chat with them because they are. It helpful.
