Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Time & Labor, HR & Payroll, Onboarding, Learning, Expense Reporting, etc. Paylcocity has helped us get rid of manual processes as manual timecard corrections, PTO tracking, reporting, etc. We were also able to get rid of manual applications and onboarding forms.
  • Customer Service is excellent
  • Allowing employees to manage their own time cards in Time & Labor
  • Allowing several self-service opportunities
  • Time & Labor Group Time Card - Allow an option to edit multiple dates at the same time.
  • Time & Labor>Supervisor Dashboard>Time card corrections - Allow us to choose a time frame (dates) to view for a certain period. For example, if I am closing a pay period, I would like to be able to only view missing punches and punch corrections for the period that I am closing.
  • Time & Labor - Administrators should have the capability to add or edit an employees timecard (for reporting purposes) without having to open that pay period again.
  • Time & Labor > Time Card Approvals - Administrators should be able to configure the columns listed, what will be included in the totals, I would also like to have PTO separated from the Non Work column totals.
  • Paylocity has allowed us to reduce errors prior to posting our payroll using with the audit within Pay Entry.
Tremendously. We are always trying to figure out a way to add something in survey or document library.
We have more than half of our employees using community and recognizing their peers in Impressions. We have 100% participation in Survey.
They all seem work the same. However, I appreciate the Help Knowledge Base, Learning and Time Card Corrections more. I believe Paylocity is user friendly and everything is all in one HRIS system.

I would recommend Paylocity to any colleague because it allows the capability for employees to manager their own timecards. It is an all in one HRIS system. It allows us to do everything online.

Evaluating Paylocity and Competitors

Yes - Paylocity replaced ADP. We felt that Paylocity offered more bank for our buck. We loved the Self-Service features and how several features were auto and not done manually. Paylocity also offers account registration for tax accounts.

Product Features was very important to us. We wanted to automate a lot of our services to employees and Paylocity has given us the opportunity to do that. We also wanted to have more employee engagement and recognition. Again, we are able to do that via Impressions and Community.
There isn't anything that I would change at this time.
