Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for time and labor, benefits, recruiting, and the community feature. We have locations all throughout FL, so the community feature really helps us have a center point between the locations. The time and labor feature has also made such an improvement in the payroll process especially compared to how we used to handle payroll.
  • Educating/ knowledge base.
  • Customer service.
  • Integrations.
  • Editing the community page is something that I feel I have to relearn every time. Not as user-friendly as other functions on Paylocity.
  • The mobile app does not always show punch history for my employees.
  • Reduced time expenditures.
  • Reduced payroll errors.
  • More consistent processes.
It has allowed for more consistency in the payroll and recruiting process, saving a lot of time and frustration.
It has allowed our company that has multiple locations have a place where we can all meet and feel included.
Paylocity had great service from our sales consultant to implantation and so on. During demos, Paylocity seemed to be the most user-friendly, visually appealing and had all of the features that we were looking for.

Paylocity is well suited for any company that does payroll in-house. Especially companies that have multiple locations. In the construction field, it is nice that our employees can easily clock in and out, and we can see where they are clocking in and out. I cannot think of a scenario where Paylocity would not be appropriate.
