Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity to manage performance, recruitment, retention and turnover information, benefits admin, and learning platform. Paylocity allows us to use one platform for all our HR needs. Paylocity also has a community and impressions option to allow for involvement from our employees. The mobile app and on-demand pay features are great tools that are relevant to today's workforce.

- Merge duplicate applicants in the recruitment module.
- Merge modules so work in one area flows to another- termination in one area removes that person from another area by default
- More efficient time management by consolidation
- Better data to make good decisions
We love having everything in one platform that allows us to monitor data in many different ways during the employee life cycle. Reminders for tasks such as PR's and automatic surveys really help increase our efficiency.
The impressions are a great way for peer-to-peer recognition and are easy to implement. The ease of scheduling surveys and reviewing data makes that an impactful tool as we develop plans for retention and goal setting
Paylocity is far more complex and geared towards a full HRIS solution compared to Paychex
