Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I utilize Paylocity for Time and Labor, HR and Payroll, Reporting, Recruiting, onboarding, etc. I am an administrator for our system. Paylocity has helped us streamline a lot of processes and eliminate paper.

  • With the PBJ reporting for CMS

with HR and payroll it easy to use, less paper now. with some things with moving time over to HR and payroll and reporting could be a little bit easier

i think support is good but sometimes they do not understand what i am asking from a healthcare stand point

no, i do not feel we should have to purchase this to get good and premium support.
when we were in the middle of our first payroll a year ago. we had the best support system who wasnt even part of the time and labor build but she worked with us through the middle of the night to help us process our first payroll when the other person would not
