Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Task completion, Employee Engagement/Recognition, Expense Reporting, Compensation, General HR duties, Training, Payroll, Benefit info posting. We are a completely virtual company, so having an electronic HRIS is essential. We need a "one-stop shop" to collect everything for HR. Our problem is that exempt employees do not get into the system very often, so our engagement falls a bit short.
- Impressions and Shout Outs. We love that!
- Payroll Processing.

- The system helps to make a new employee feel welcome and confident.
- Workflows. I still can't figure it out.
- I'd like to add more than one item to a Community post ex: a photo, and a poll.
- More general training topics. Maybe partner with Mineral??

Our Onboarding is automatic and thorough. We love it. We have quite a bit of manual work in payroll, but the automation of Paylocity's payroll is great. It took a minute to learn, but it's very good. Our hiring managers like the candidate recruitment and management functionality of Paylocity. We love the offer letter, background check, and smooth processes included.
Well, we have over 100 employees in about 20 different states. Paylocity helps us feel connected. We use the video creation function frequently to make funny and/or educational announcements. We have created a "Shout Out Speed Round" that generated more than 85 comments and interactivity. Our "Friday Poll" is a favorite too. We use Paylocity to keep our team connected and engaged/recognized as much as we possibly can.

Yes! I needed to make a change to a W2 and the support rep knew it was very very urgent. She stayed on the phone and did it for me without sending it through with other work tickets. She saved me!!
