Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for payroll, ACA compliance, and timekeeping. We are exploring their modules HR Edge, Benefits Enhanced, HSA and COBRA. These modules will help tremendously with our workload and a lot of manual processed in our department. The pricing for each of the modules is fair and we will be onboarding those soon. We have been using Paylocity for payroll for more than 10 years and we have no complaints. The timekeeping module in Paylocity is popular among employees in tracking their time as well as their PTO and vacation balances.

We used to spend a lot of time keeping track of time off balances and employees always had to ask what their balances are but now the employees have this at their fingertips. We don't use the scheduling function as all employees work a similar schedule. However, I have explored that process and I am impressed with how it could help if we had varying schedules.
Our managers use this function to recognize the outstanding work from their employees and make any announcements for their departments or for the company as a whole. We have also used it during open enrollment for insurance as it makes it much easier to communicate than if we did it through email.
We evaluated Paychex as a payroll provider but we felt like Paylocity had more to offer overall. Paylocity's payroll and HR modules are superior and their customer service has always been helpful and we felt too much pressure from Paychex to sign up for their products or different services they offered.
