Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection to help teams order swag, as well as setting up Giveaway campaigns for them to send to team members to redeem their swag. With the Giveaway campaigns, employees are able to self serve and input their shipping info, which takes the lift off our hands. We also use it as a Giveaway campaign for new hires to redeem their new hire swag. For the new hire swag, we like not having to generate unique links every time, and we can just set the link on the new hire portal, and it gets redeemed by each employee.

In all my previous conversations with the support team, they've always been very responsive and helpful. They're always able to answer my questions, and help me out when I need assistance on something. I haven't had any bad experiences with them, and don't foresee I ever will. It's also great to set up recurring meeting with our Customer Success Managers, so we can bring up issues with them that arise.

Printfection has an amazing team to work with. They're very responsive and are super helpful. One thing I noticed is Printfection takes longer than some other swag companies to produce the swag items. It's also more expensive, and shipping costs more. I would like to see more security features added into Printfection, to prevent employees from claiming more than one swag item in a Giveaway campaign.
