Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We've been using Procore now for a little over a year. The learning curve has been much quicker than I expected. Nearly everyone in the company is utilizing Procore. Accounting, HR, estimating, project management and even the field employees all rely on Procore for a variety of reasons. Our usage is actually growing as we learn and grow more comfortable. I feel we are just scratching the surface.
- As a field director, the observations tool has proved to be very useful. It allows us to identify issues, direct action and follow up.
- The ability to overlay "updated" plans and identify the changes on each sheet means fewer items are being missed.
- The hyperlinks are a fantastic feature.
- The app tends to grow in size on my mobile devices which means I periodically have to delete the app and reinstall it. That's annoying.
- I wish the meeting agenda/minutes were more customizable.
- I would love to see an asset tracking feature added to Procore. One of my biggest challenges is keeping track of tools and equipment on a job or moving from job to job. I'm looking into some pretty sophisticated tracking systems (Hilti On Track primarily) and wish there was a way to tie the two together or even see Procore coming up with their own.
