Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our entire project management team uses Procore to ensure consistent execution of our projects. Procore keeps us standardized, efficient, and high functioning.
- Project Controls (submittals, RFIs, drawings) work exceptionally well and are the core of our business.
- Project Financials (budget, commitments, change orders) modules took a little getting used too along with the QuickBooks integration but once we got it figured out and tweaked to the way we wanted it they've proven very valuable in helping us to manage our financial risks.
- Since everything is stored in one location it makes project closeout, warranty, and O&M creation very simple.
- We struggled to understand the requirements of the QuickBooks integration, what the parameters were, who to contact, and getting is resolved in a reasonable time frame.
- There have been other suggestions we've made that we found as we used the product; Procore has been responsive and been able to make a lot of those changes or help us to understand small changes we can make to our processes to integrate with Procore's abilities.

Procore beats Mortenson's in house software across the board except in financial projections.
Procore allows fast, well-documented collaboration that makes it easy for architects/engineers to work within our software and they don't mind since it's so easy.
