Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore across our whole organization. Procore has helped our organization streamline our processes to be more productive. Submittal and RFI's are processed in half the time we were processing them before.
- Submittals and RFI's are processed in half the time that we were able to process them before.
- Drawings can be accessed in the field on mobile devices or in the office on the computer.
- Procore automatically sends reminders out to the person that an item is past due and in their ball in the court.
- The drawing tools are very limited for doing takeoffs.
- There is no drawing comparison tool when using the web browser.
Timberline is used primarily for financials. Procore works side by side with Sage.
Procore does a very good job at being a collaborative space for all parties to access files. This helps our company to use a lot less paper every year.

Procore makes it very easy to ensure that the latest drawings are being used by all parties. We are working on streamlining our financial reporting to ensure it is gathering all costs.
