Our business develops design and construction, so we use it on both departments. Every person in the company, except admin and procurement, use Procore.

It's an local accounting/pm software; it also helps more as a procurement and office accounting software. We make tax reports and more of that type of info!
On procurement we make material requests, material quotations, purchase orders, and material inventory. So we only stopped using the Proyect management part.

This is the word that I am mostly like. But we already have a problem with the client using part of the financial control over the contract. He stopped using his own financial control and our engineer missed putting one number correctly. At the end this is a human mistake but this is an example of one of the problems that I had with client user, this happen on the first Procore project implementation, so we keep learning and avoid this type of mistakes.
