Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Primarily it is used for management drawings and specifications, generating and tracking RFI's, submittals and transmittals. It allows all of the project stakeholders to have access and use the latest contract documentation. Our team of quantity surveyors also use the tendering tool for tendering our projects.
- Provides all access to the latest and most current documentation
- Easy to recall or compare all earlier or superseded documentation.
- Responses to RFI's etc can be done through Outlook without having to log into Procore.
- Access to all information through mobile devices
- Nothing springs to mind. However if things crop up during use then Procore is receptive to any feedback.

- Ensures contractors have up to date and latest inforamtion
- Hold parties accountable via the RFI tool
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
