Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It's been designed to be simple for integration and its designers have looked at how the industry operates and looked at ways to improve the life of the construction professional.
Procore is used across all parts of our business. in particular site based staff.

Procore has allowed us to become more efficient and productive.
  • Drawing tools and collaboration
  • RFI tool
  • Document Management
  • Email function. We still use Outlook as the current tool is a bit clunky
  • The ability to .pdf in Prodrive without having to download and upload
Procore is much simpler to use and has plenty of functions that you can turn on or off to suit your business.

Also, the feedback from subcontractors and consultants is that they love it because they can still use their own system or process and easily integrate into Procore with minimal effort and fuss.
Procore allows streamlined collaboration between all stakeholders.

It's great because the subcontractors no longer have to wait for us, the main contractor, to issue information as they have the power and the access to review the response from the consultant. This speeds up processes and allows all to benefit from the system.

It does the hard work for you. You no longer need to generate registers or hunt for the latest information. It's all there in front of you.
It's a fantastic tool for anyone in construction. Having used others in the past, this is by far the most efficient and streamlined. The ability to add additional functions to suit your business needs is great.
