Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are using Procore to manage all documents, contracts, insurance change orders and drawings.
- Having all the information neat and organized in one database is very helpful.
- The insurance module is great for tracking the certificate and generating an email of expiring COIs.
- The drawing module is so easy to use.
- In the directory, I would like to see what other projects a subcontractor is on.
I have not used anything like Procore before. Before Procore we had three different databases and a shared computer drive to manage data.
I do not have much experience with this. I do know that the freedom to set gradual permissions allowed us to create a system that gave our management team a comfort level with letting partners have access to some of our data.
- This system saves a lot of time and my department has gone completely paperless.

I cannot speak to our company goals, but I have seen an improvement in all of the categories listed above.
