Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We are using Procore for document control on most of our projects. The project management team, which includes engineers, superintendents, and Contract Administrators, use all modules. We are not currently using the Bidding/Schedule or Invoicing tools. We are currently using ERP SPectrum Integration plug-in to track most commitments.
- RFI creation, tracking, distribution. Extremely intuitive and easy to use.
- Custom Reports. Not quite as intuitive, but extremely valuable.
- Daily Logs. The weather tool.
- Submittals are NOT intuitive at all. I've been processing numerous submittals and the process is laborious and needs to be streamlined! Tutorials are no help, just more confusing.
- Meeting minutes. You should be able to convert Agenda to Minutes in EDIT, not in REVIEW. This doesn't make sense.
- Meeting minutes. They really need to have Meeting Minutes available at the Company Level.
- Scrolling in general. I should be able to scroll through RFI's, Submittals, Change Events, etc. without having to close the item.
- Views in general. You should be able to customize views and save them, but it's very frustrating.
- Directory. I have been unable to edit user email addresses.
- PCO's are way too hard to find. Please add to Construction Financials.
- Roll-out took way longer than expected.
- Saves paper.
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions

Yes - Having problems with the drawing tool. Sections of drawings are blank. Procore has no answer as to why this is happening.
