Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is our primary solution for project management, quality control, and estimating/bid management. We use the product through the entire project life cycle, from tender to closeout and warranty. Running jobs through Procore enables us to present a consistent and unified set of documentation across all of our projects and management teams.

Our ERP integration has enabled more accurate tracking of project costs from our self-perform divisions. It has also allowed us to track subcontractor invoices and payments directly, which saves time and double-entry in our accounting system and Procore.
The daily logs tool allows for more frequent updates from the site, including progress photos, personpower reports, and observations from site supers and field personnel. Having these logs maintained digitally allows for a better understanding of site progress, and allows for old entries to be searched weeks and months later.
